Executive coaching engagements run six months, with bi-weekly 1:1 sessions plus ongoing support between meetings. This gives us enough runway to build real, lasting change.

Absolutely. I speak at events across the country and can also deliver virtual keynotes when that's a better fit for your audience.

Once we've had a discovery conversation, we can usually kick off within two to four weeks depending on scope.
